How Many Party Guests?

Atlanta Lituation currently has one party bus available for rent. Our party bus can accommodate up to 20 guests.

Is Smoking Allowed on the Bus?

Absolutely no smoking is tolerated on the Atlanta Lituation Party Bus. If you’re found in violation, a fine will be imposed. Nevertheless, if you must smoke while aboard our bus, kindly inform your driver and they’ll locate an appropriate area to pull over and accommodate your needs.

Is Alcohol Allowed on the Bus?

Yes! Any guest 21+ may consume alcohol while aboard the Atlanta Lituation party bus. Our party bus is BYOB. So, be sure to bring your favorite beverage.

Is There A Rental Deposit?

To ensure your party bus reservation, 25% of the total amount must be paid at the time of booking.

What Are Your Operating Hours?

At Atlanta Lituation our party bus operates 24/7. For your added ease and convenience we offer 24/7 online booking. Our friendly staff is available via phone from Monday though Friday 9am – 5pm. Book with us whenever you please!

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

For your convenience, we accept cash, Cash App, Zelle, PayPal and all major credit cards to pay deposits and remaining balances. Please note that a 2.9% transaction fee will be imposed for credit/debit transactions. We are unable to accept personal checks as payment method.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Effective Date: January 16, 2024

1. Non-Refundable Deposit: All payments made online are considered a non-refundable deposit. This deposit amounts to 30% of the total cost of the rental service. By making this deposit, customers agree to the terms and conditions of this policy.

2. Cancellation Notice: Customers wishing to cancel their booking must provide Atlanta Lituation with a written notice. This can be done via email or any other documented form of communication.

3. Rescheduling Policy: We understand that unforeseen circumstances can occur. In the event that you need to reschedule your party bus rental, we offer the flexibility to do so. Rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled service time. The following conditions apply:

  • Rescheduling is subject to the availability of buses on the new requested date and time.
  • The initial deposit will be applied to the rescheduled booking.
  • Only one reschedule is allowed per booking.
  • If the rescheduled date is more expensive due to seasonal pricing or other factors, the customer will be responsible for paying the difference.

4. Failure to Reschedule Within Required Time: If a customer fails to reschedule their booking at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled service, the deposit will be forfeited and will not be applied to any future bookings.

5. Full Cancellation: In the event of a full cancellation, the customer will forfeit the 30% non-refundable deposit. No additional charges will be incurred as long as the cancellation notice is provided at least 48 hours before the scheduled service time.

6. Exceptional Circumstances: Atlanta Lituation reserves the right to consider exceptions to this policy on a case-by-case basis in exceptional circumstances.

7. Policy Amendments: Atlanta Lituation reserves the right to amend this policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated policy on our website.
